We Peform a Service

The work that we do at BudgerDiploma is a perform custom service that culminates in an end product that has no value to anyone other than the customer who ordered it.

Therefore, we do not offer a money back guarantee.

If we make a spelling error that is our fault, we will rectify the problem at our expense.

We have no problem doing that, please feel free to talk to us about your concerns.

Chargebacks

Sometimes credit card disputed do happen, this doesn’t happen very often because most people are decent and responsible people, so none of the following statements apply to you.

However… there are those of you (you know who you are…) who have other intentions, so the following applies to you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if we suspect fraud or have any reason, in our sole opinion, to believe that we should not continue the work.

For example, orders that in our opinion look suspicious or have different names on the order, or have two different addresses.

If there is an error in the work and the error was yours, then we will have to make a nominal charge for any time spent making changes, additional materials, shipping, etc.

This is not valid grounds for a credit card dispute.

Arrived Damaged?

If the product arrived damaged in shipping, please send us images of the packaging, etc. and we will be happy to replace it.

We will ask for you to ship the item back so we can take it up with the carrier.

At the end of the day, we are here to help you and want to make sure you are happy with our service.

Unfortunately, some unscrupulous people have tried to take us for a ride by copying the diplomas we sent then damaging the item and packaging, wanting their money back.

Therefore, we can not issue any type of refund once a project has been shipped out

Attempting dispute valid charge claiming it was a fraudulent credit card purchase with your credit card issuer constitutes fraud and will be treated as such.

If this happens we will follow up with an invoice detailing all of the perpetrator’s activity on our website.

This includes ISP, times, pages accessed, etc. and take it up with the small claims court with a bill for expenses incurred.

Again, the above does not apply to our well-intentioned customers, we are here to help you with all the enthusiasm in the world.
